Our business is named after our 2 previous rescue cats - Tilly (black), & Poppy (tabby).
Sadly Tilly passed away in January 2010 and Poppy passed away in June 2020.
Although we miss both girls hugely, the house didn't feel "right" without a cat.
To find out more about our kitties please check out our blog!
We adopted brothers Jax (tabby) and Arlo (black & white tuxedo), from an amazing cat rehoming charity,
CatFlap, in July 2020. The boys are now 7 and full of fun.
We are Gordon and Julie, a husband and wife team. TillyPops Flowers combines our passion, skills, and shared values to create unique floral arrangements for every occasion.
Whilst Julie handles all of the design and creation all of the flowers, Gordon assists with everything else required.
Our vision at TillyPops Flowers is to be the leading independent florist in Barrhead, Southside Glasgow, renowned for our exquisite, bespoke floral arrangements. We aim to create a positive impact on the environment by championing sustainable practices and embracing
eco-friendly choices. One example of this is our decision not to deliver our flowers in single use plastic sealed "aqua bubble" packaging. If a customer requests a water source vases/jam jars can be used instead. We have also chosen to keep the wrapping of our flowers plastic free by wrapping in brown paper which can then be recycled.
Through continuous improvement, commitment to customer satisfaction, and active engagement in our community, we aim to be
the go-to destination for those seeking unique floral creations every time.
We value the artistry and creativity that goes into crafting unique and bespoke floral arrangements, and aim to create unique and stunning arrangements for our customers every time.
We are committed to minimising our environmental impact where possible. By minimising the usage of single-use materials, recycling any packaging materials and using compostable twine, we are trying to do our bit for the environment where possible.
We actively participate in and support our local community. Alongside other local businesses we have an advertising board down at our local Junior football club. Whenever possible sourcing British grown flowers, collaborating with neighbouring businesses, and participating in community events, we aim to be an integral part of the local community.
Ensuring customer satisfaction every time is at the heart of our business.
We value the relationships we build with our clients and strive to make each experience positive and memorable.
